Strategic Plan
Over the past several years, West Chicago Elementary School District 33 has worked together to Inspire, Empower, and Achieve, making meaningful progress for students, staff, and families. Our Strategic Plan has guided improvements in learning, strengthened school communities, and deepened partnerships across the district.
As we look ahead, District 33 is beginning a Strategic Plan Refresh focused on building on what is already working well. This next phase will strengthen effective practices, clarify expectations, and continue to support student success across all schools.
