SMART Culture Goal:

STUDENT: By Spring 2022, improve the student survey feedback of, “I set learning goals and track my progress” from an average score of 3.37 to 3.62, as measured by the Studer Education Survey.

PARENT: By Spring 2022, improve the parent survey feedback of, “I regularly receive feedback from school staff on how well my child is learning” from an average score  of 4.01 to 4.11, as measured by the Studer Education Survey.

STAFF: By Spring 2022, improve the staff survey feedback of, “Open and honest communication is an important part of the culture in my school district” from an average of 3.55 to 3.80, as measured by the Studer Education Survey.

SMART Reading Goal: 

From a Fall baseline of 31%, by Spring 2022, 39% of students will be at or above the 50th percentile in MAP English Literacy.

From a Fall baseline of 22%, by Spring 2022, 39% of students will be at or above the 50th percentile in MAP Spanish Literacy.

SMART Math Goal: 

From a Fall baseline of 24%, by Spring 2022, 32% of students will be at or above the 50th percentile in MAP Math.
