Returning Students

Welcome back to West Chicago School District 33! We’re excited to continue partnering with your family for another great year. This page will guide you through the Returning Student Registration process. Please remember, all District 33 students are required to register each year.

Who Should Register Here?

Please use Returning Student Registration if:

  • Your child currently attends a D33 school

  • Your child completed the current school year in District 33

  • You are updating information for the upcoming school year

If your child did not attend District 33 this school year, please complete New Student Registration instead.

Why Annual Registration Is Required

Returning Student Registration allows families to:

  • Update contact information

  • Review emergency contacts

  • Confirm medical information

  • Update permissions and acknowledgments

  • Verify residency when required

Keeping this information current helps us ensure student safety, accurate communication, and smooth school operations.

What You’ll Need

Returning registration uses information already in the PowerSchool system. You will be asked to review and update important details.

Please have the following ready:

  • Updated contact and emergency information

  • Current medical or health updates (if applicable)

  • Proof of residency (required for students entering Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and 6th grade)

If proof of residency is required, you may upload clear photos or scanned copies of documents during registration. Please make sure all images are easy to read. If documents are unclear, your school may contact you for better copies.

Need Help?

If you have questions or need support with registration:

  • Contact your child’s school office

  • Call the District Office

  • Visit us in person for assistance

Thank you for being part of the D33 community — we’re looking forward to another successful year together!
