Welcome to West Chicago School District 33! We’re excited to have your family join us. This page will guide you through the steps to register your child for school in District 33.

Who Should Register Here?

Please use New Student Registration if:

• Your child is new to District 33

• Your child has never attended a D33 school

• Your family recently moved into the district

If your child currently attends a D33 school, you will complete Returning Student Registration instead.

What You’ll Need

To make the process smooth, please have the following ready:

• Proof of residency (showing you live within district boundaries)

• Birth certificate (for new students)

• Student Records Request Form (for ALL students)

• Immunization and health records

Additionally, you might need the following document if you are transferring from another public school in Illinois: ISBE Transfer Document

You may upload clear photos or scanned copies of these documents during registration. Please make sure all images are easy to read. If documents are unclear, your school may contact you to request better copies.
