New Student Registration

Welcome to West Chicago Elementary School District 33!  We look forward to welcoming your family to our school district. Below, you’ll find all the information you need to register your transfer student in 1-8 grade.

In addition to the online registration form, all transfer students must also complete the following forms:

• Verification of Residency
• ISBE Transfer Document (for students transferring from a public school in Illinois)
• Student Records Request Form (for ALL students)
• Expediente Estudiantil
