Safety Tip Line
In the event of an emergency, please call 911. The West Chicago Elementary School District 33 Safety Tip Line is monitored during normal business hours (8:30am-3:30pm). It is NOT monitored during non-business hours on weekends, during the summer or on other days that school buildings are closed. Any information left on the Tip Line during times when the Tip Line is not monitored will be reviewed during the next normal business hours. The Safety Tip Line should not serve as a substitute for contacting 911 or law enforcement, if appropriate.
The safety of students, staff and our schools is of utmost importance to West Chicago School District 33. The Safety Tip Line provides students, school personnel, and members of the public with a safe, anonymous and confidential way to report a threat or potential threat to students or school safety including incidents involving any type of violence, weapons, drugs, self-harm, bullying, harassment and other risky or unsafe behaviors.
Anyone who has a legitimate safety concern should report the concern to a school official or law enforcement as appropriate, or may contact a building principal by phone or email or use this tip line by completing the form below.
Users are encouraged, but not required, to leave their contact information in the event that additional information is needed. Please provide detailed information when using the Safety Tip Line, such as the name of the school(s) and/or person(s) involved, type of alleged activities, and when they occurred or may occur if known.
