About PTO Council
PTO Council meets monthly at 9:00 am in the Library Learning Center at West Chicago Middle School. See the PTO Council Agenda note for meeting agendas.
Members of the group include a PTO representative from each of the eight District schools, the superintendent, Dr. Kathy Wolfe, and Gina Steinbrecher , Community Relations Specialist. and a representative from the Board of Education.
The purpose of PTO Council is information sharing. District news and information is shared, and the PTO representative bring this information back to their PTO meetings each month. There is an opportunity to ask questions of board members, the superintendent, or the community relations specialist. There is also an opportunity for each school to share their activities and fundraising activities with the other schools. This provides a great deal of information and resource sharing.
These are not closed meetings, and any member of the PTO may attend at any time. Questions may be answered by calling Gina Steinbrecher at (630) 293-6000 ext. 201 or by email at steinbrecherg@wego33.org.
