Middle School Registration Form & FAQ

   The forms in the registration packet need to be completed by a parent or legal guardian and returned as soon as possible.  7th graders: return packets to the Middle School office.  5th & 6th graders: return packets to your Elementary School secretary or to the Middle School office. Please make checks payable to WCMS.  If payment is not enclosed, please include a note regarding your method of payment. Registration is not considered complete until payment or payment arrangement is complete.  Avoid long lines by pre-registering and pre-paying before August 5th. 

   If the student is moving, please advise the Middle School.  If there is only a possibility that the student will be moving out of district, please complete the forms and return them with a note.  New physicals are not needed unless your child will be trying out for a sports activity.

Please write these important dates on your calendar and read the instructions below regarding these dates:

Tuesday, August 13th 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 14th 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Thursday, August 15th 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

   You will pick up your schedule and supply list, pick up locks and/or PE suits on the above dates.   Parents may, however, stop in on August 8th or 9th to pick up a schedule and supply list early IF you pre-registered and paid in full.  

IMPORTANT:  If your address has changed since August 2013, bring a copy of your mortgage or lease papers, or a current utility bill, as proof of residency.

   If you learn of anyone new to your neighborhood, please advise them to register on the above days.  The first day of school is a full day on September 4, 2013 (7:40 a.m.- 2:25 p.m.)  If you have any questions, feel free to call the Middle School office at 630-293-6060.
