Summer School employment opportunities are posted during the months of April - June before summer school classes begin.
TEACHERS OF TOMORROW SUMMER EMPLOYMENT - SELECTION PROCESS AND GUIDELINES
First Priority: West Chicago District 94 High School Students that are former students of West Chicago District 33
Second Priority: High School Students from Other Districts
Third Priority: Other Applicants who do not meet any of the above priority areas may be considered based on the number of available positions.
You will be considered only if you are planning to become a teacher!!!
APPLICATION PROCESS FOR TEACHERS OF TOMORROW
Candidates for summer employment MUST fill out the application online. After the initial application screening, teachers of tomorrow applicants may be invited to interview with the Director of Summer school. An offer of an interview is not a guarantee position. If an interview was granted, the applicant will receive a formal job offer from Human Resources if the Director of Summer Schools recommends the candidate for employment or an email thanking them for applying by the Director of Summer School if the candidate will not be extended a job offer.
In addition, you will be required to pass a background check and furnish evidence of a physical exam to perform assigned duties and freedom from communicable disease if offered the summer school position.
